How do I pay?

The subscription is charged / invoiced in advance. Please note, however, that if the subscription starts in the middle of a month, it will be debited per day that month, and the amount will be added to the bill for the next month. Card debiting takes place on the 17th and invoices are sent out on the 16th of each month. As a new customer, the paper invoice is the default payment method. Payment method can easily be changed on My pages.

Termination

The subscription is valid until it's ended on My pages. If you want to unsubscribe, try to do so before the 14th. Otherwise, another calendar month will be charged. Example: If you wish to end your subscription last May, you must cancel the subscription no later than 14 May. When the subscription ends, a final invoice is created for all remaining days that are invoiced at the next invoice period.

Change car

If you own / drive several cars, you can add all registration numbers via My pages on the website or in the app. Keep in mind that you can only have one car active on the subscription at a time. If you need to move the ticket to another car, there are two options. In the app, you can click on "Change car" under Long-term tickets. Then select the correct registration number and press "Done". The change is then confirmed. On My pages you can go to Parking / Receipts where you will find "Car exchange" under Active parking. Then select the registration number of the car you drove, and click "Move ticket" to selected car.
